Gia C. Moxey

Gia C. Moxey, a graduate from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Barbados, was awarded a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Philosophy in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2003. She continued her studies at The Eugene Dupuch Law School, Nassau, The Bahamas and was awarded a Certificate of Legal Education by the Caribbean Council of Legal Education in 2005. Gia was admitted to practice before The Bahamas Bar as Counsel and Attorney-at-law in 2005.

Practice areas include: Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Debt Enforcement and Recovery, Employment, Labour Law and Immigration Matters, Family Law, Real Property Acquisitions and Transactions, Admiralty Law, Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution.

Gia is presently a member of the Bahamas Bar Association and Assistant Prosecutor and Counsel to the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Bahamas Bar.
